This is crucial in our efforts to provide the highest quality repairs and best customer service in the industry. Our business is built on the shoulders of the community, and we’d like to give back to you in the same way you help us.

But seriously, if we have the tools, and we can get the parts, we almost definitely have the collective know-how to fix any device issue you’re having! Our bread and butter, of course, is mobile phone and tablet screens, batteries, etc., but don’t hesitate to bring us something a little bit out there! We always love to fix new and different things.
At Fix Factory, we aim to allow around an hour to properly repair and test your device. This time may vary depending on the current workload of the technician.
Fix Factory has never had any instances of data loss, and our technicians are extremely well trained to take every precaution. However, it is always a good idea to back up your device where possible, including your photos and contacts, before undergoing repair. That way, in the case that something more severe is wrong with the phone, you won’t lose those precious baby photos!
There are certain phone and tablet models which we do not always carry the parts for. In most cases, we can order the necessary parts for your repair. We order parts each Monday at 1 pm, and they arrive 48 hours later. Some specialised parts may take a few extra days to arrive.

Fix Factory offers a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty on all parts. If any part is not working as it should after a repair, please bring the device back into us as quickly as possible. We are more than happy to attend to any issues that you may have. Keep in mind this warranty doesn’t cover you for physical or liquid damage.
We are more than happy to fit parts supplied by you if you wish, but you should be aware that we can’t offer any warranty on these fittings as we cannot verify the quality of parts you have sourced. If you do decide to purchase your own parts, and would like us to fit them for you, we charge $49 for phone fittings and $59 for tablets. Please be aware that parts may differ from model to model when sourcing.
